Belle ArtStart 2019 – winners revealed!
The culturati converged at the Art Gallery of New South Wales to celebrate this year’s Belle ArtStart program with a glittering reception, where four talented artists were announced as recipients of the $17,500 prize pool.
Celia Fernandez was the joint-recipient of the $2500 third prize for her work Cascades.
